I’ve started wearing my retainer again after like 5 years and my mouth is so sore. Like I’m only surviving with the help of 2 ibuprofen every 4 hrs. Omg OW. but the dentist gave me shit for not wearing it and I kind of don’t want those years in braces to be all for naught so I will endure it. Soon I’ll only have to wear it at night again… Soon.
